A Chartered Surveyor for over 20 years, Rob has worked in the built environment for his entire career, advising clients on the sale, acquisition and development of both residential and commercial properties all over the UK.

Rob is a serial home improver and property developer and has owned, renovated and converted both modern and listed historic buildings.  Having founded and run his own construction company in London for 12 years, Rob is experienced in building pathology and can advise on building defects and appropriate remedies.
